Parish Council Meetings are generally held on the second Thursday of every month apart from August when there is no meeting. The venue is Sporle Community Centre at 7.00pm.
Whilst the public and press are welcome at the meetings it is not a public meeting. If you would like to speak at the meeting the Council do adjourn proceedings for 15 minutes at the start of the meeting when members of the public can speak on items on the Agenda.
Unless directly invited by the Chairman you cannot speak during the meeting and if you continually interrupt the meeting you may be asked to leave. If you wish for an item to be discussed by Councillors at the meeting then please contact either the Clerk. Please note only items that fall within the remit of the Parish Council will be added to the Agenda.
